I seem to remember this being in GLB1, just seem like an obvious addition. It'd make my life a little easier than having to periodically check my roster to see if people accepted.
Also, maybe do the same for those GM who can sign players.

Owner, GM, aGM, Head Coach gets an alert when any player signs an offer and recruiters get alert when a player they offered a contract to signs?
