There is no stadiums. You get a fixed amount of money for your salary cap and that is all.
I think just owner and co owner can recruit.

Only Owners, GMs, Asst GMs, and Recruiters can send offers. There is currently no way to add privileges, either.

That kinda sucks as an owner I like for the OC and DC to recruit their players that fit their AI scheme.

you have to go into the thread and beside the original post, click the M and then delete the thread.
