You must have some browser plug-in or malware that is doing it. GLB & GLB2 don't have any ads.
Mickey, if you're still having this problem I'd recommend that you do a virus check, right away. Even if the results are negative, look for some malware named "bettersurf". Or, possibly "better surf", or "better-surf". Also, check for a "better surf" folder, which should be removed.
