This. Just sign dots and they'll get autocut.

click on the little scissors on the roster page and poof they are gone

You should be able to send the contract, then when they accept it should automatically cut one of the CPU HBs...does it not?

does not do this. says there are too many HBs and the accept button is greyed out

Don't think so. At least it didn't work on the test server for me like that.
