No there aren't custom slots. On defense however you can do your roster by formation.
Ahh so either have to choose from passing QB or rushing QB... or Dual Threat

Yup. There are certain depth chart tricks to get around that but pretty much. Fwiw, Dual Threats work in GLB2.
