This ranking is loosely based on fact and largely based on opinion. Thanks for reading. Please post and comment!
1. Whodey's Experiment (1) - Week 4 brought nothing of interest to the story of this S38 squad, but week 5 will be a huge show between two undefeated East squads. WE claims two nice wins already over the Hired Guns and AI's Falcons, but a victory over TazVikes would prove that WE is prepared for a potential repeat.
2. Fighting Gamecocks (2) - AI loses another nail biter to an elite team. FGC has allowed only 21 points through the first four weeks and looks to be on top of their game early on. I'm looking forward to a week 11 match-up against WE.
3. Brethern Krewe Redbeards (4) - Could a game get any closer? I've got a ton of respect for LE and know he is as good as any team in the West, but today my Redbeards were just good enough to pull out the win. Hats off to LE and his squad; I expect they will be a top seed in the West. I hope to just keep my head above water over these next few difficult match-ups.
4. TazVikes Nordica (5) - The TazVikes have now allowed 3 total points all year. Of course they've not played the highest level of competition, but that is still impressive. The TazVikes now have the opportunity to play a great WE and prove they belong in the top of this ranking.
5. Chicago 85' Bears (6) - I wasn't even the slightest surprised that the Bears beat the Guns, but I was shocked they beat them in such a dominant fashion. The Guns were not able to accumulate even 200 yards against Gerr's defense. Week 5 will bring the up-start Underdogz to town. Should be a heck of a game to watch.
6. Short Bus Window Lickers (3) - It feels unfair to drop a team this far based on a 3 point loss, but SBWL is the highest ranked team with a loss and well capable of climbing back up these ranks. They get a nice little reprieve before things get serious again in week 8 against Ultimate.
7. Birds Of Prey (8) - For me, week 4 for the Birds was definitely a disappointment. Damf is a solid PW guy, but the dot mob started the season with a combined score total of 14-98. Maybe damf put it all together in week 4, or maybe Birdman just didn't have his best stuff...
8. Gold Test Squad (NR) - jkid's stepchild is 3-1 with the only loss coming by 4 against LE's Window Lickers. GTS faces Royal in a potential game of the week match-up in week 5. It isn't that important at this point, but could play a big role in seeding later in the year.
9. Royal Cocks (NR) - Royal lost their week 2 match-up to the Guns, but that isn't a bad loss as the Guns have shown capability to play big boy dot ball at this level. Royal is always an elite offense, but can't seem to stay at the top. Royal faces a tough two game stretch in weeks 5 and 6 against GTS and the Redbeards.
10. Ultimate Underdogz (NR) - Hard to not go with this undefeated squad seeing as how they've beat everything that has come their way. Do I think this squad is truly the 10th best in PWG? Nope... Probably not top 15. However they have won every game the schedule has presented to them.
