Yes, on multiple teams including a guy with 40+ tackling and 60+ strength missing two tackles on one play (set to wrap-up tackle no less). I smell a "hidden nerf" of wrap-up tackling... not really the way I'd like to see power tackling encouraged either, since the reason no one used it was because it had about zero impact on forcing fumbles.

I think it might be more of a bonus to power running then a nerf on tackling. Whats the point of even being a power back if you break 1 tackle a game if you're lucky?

Last season the powerback on my team had 78 broken tackles on 223 rushes. This season he has 41 on 90 rushes. I don't know if it is because they changed something with the game mechanics or if the powerbacks are just getting better while teams are still building to stop the elusive backs and receivers.
