This ranking is loosely based on fact and largely based on opinion. Thanks for reading. Please post and comment!
#1 Whodey's Experiment (2) - Welcome to the new team on top. WE possesses a weak schedule there rest of the way and will finish the season 14-2 and very likely the top team in this ranking going into the playoffs.
#2 Fighting Gamecocks (4) - It was dangerously close, but FGC pulled out the win against the ever dangerous TazVikes by only 4 points and talk about a game... wow... Exactly 800 yards combined were accumulated by the teams in that game. FGC has Miami next week before a nice game to finish the season against Subversive.
#3 Short Bus Window Lickers (1) - It took a long time, but the SBWL finally took a loss in something of a strange defeat. SBWL out gained the kids by over 110 yards and held the ball for 44 minutes in the game. The kids had a total of -9.5 rushing yards in the game. However, SBWL takes a bit of a dive in the rankings despite being as good as anybody in the league.
#4 Hired Guns (6) - Maybe it is a gut call and maybe I've lost my touch, but this team looks really good to my eyes. They out gained Royal by 90 yards and held the ball 13 minutes longer in their victory in week 14. The Hired Guns can prove me right in week 16 against Gerr's Bears, but I'm fully prepared to eat crow if I am wrong.
#5 Chicago 85' Bears (5) - The Bears get leapfrogged this week at no fault of their own, rather due to just an opinion based decision I made with these spots in the ranking. Gerr is an elite coordinator and puts an incredible product on the field and I expect them to be a tough out in any match-up. They get a pass in week 15 before a playoff style game against the Hired Guns to finish the season.
#6 All Pro Falcons (3) - I know this is a crazy steep fall for a one point loss and I am probably reacting too harshly against an owner which I greatly respect, but I am floored by this loss. Granted, Calico has improved but they have shown no indication of being this level of a team and then all of the sudden they take down my #3 ranked team holding the Falcons to only 197 yards. I'm convinced All Pro can still kick the crap out of any team on any given day, but this game still has me scratching my head.
#7 TazVikes Nordica (7) - If you are surprised the TazVikes put up a nice performance against FGC, you have not been keeping up. This is a dangerous group and could beat anybody. They may have 4 losses, but they will be my dark horse going into the playoffs.
#8 Gold Test Squad (9) - They move up on the loss by Royal, but really nothing to talk about with GTS with their CPU match-up in week 14. Week 15 yields a nice game against the Chaos and I'm interested to see what happens there.
#9 Royal Cocks (8) - They fall only one spot in the rankings despite losing two games in a row. I'd say any team that losses to Gerr's Bears and Hired Guns by a TD or less is a good team. Royal isn't the elite team that some may think, but they are very good.
#10 the kids aren't alright (NR) - Flumps falls out of the ranking not due to any fault of their own, rather the big win by the kids against a very good SBWL squad. However, the kids get to prove their #10 ranking is deserving in week 15 against none other than Sir Flumps! That is a game worth watching.
