We have a great winning record in the regular season but have never won even silver.
I will be upgrading a few spots in the off season but over all we have a very talented roster.
My OC is a good friend but he approached me about replacing him for next season when we reach Casual Pro.
I feel he is really good and should stay but if some out there can convince me they could get more out of the roster I have I would consider making the change.
