I wasn't butthurt about not making the list. But I was a little butthurt about not being a respected peewee coordinator and not asked to vote. Hell I know Gerr's defense better than my own. The point is I know quite a bit about most of the gold coordinators.

If I ever come back to peewee I'm comin' for you anderson!

You gotta remember, I've only been playing in the PW world since the start of 35. I don't know you. I've been playing this game on and off since 2008, but only been in PW maybe 2 months now. It shouldn't be considered a disrespect to you. I don't know you.

However, your more than welcome to come for me. I'm always up for a good challenge.

I feel like it would be a breach of confidence to reveal who all received a request to vote, but in general I sent it to most of the currently ranked top 8 teams in each division.

I'll further state that I sent you the PM on 08/03/13 @ 18:38:28. If necessary I could take a screen shot to prove it because it is still in my outbox folder.

I wouldn't leave out the guy who just won PWG and the PWTournament.

So lets see here.
I didn't make the top 10 and didn't get a chance to vote despite being at least a top 5 in my division and being in Gold for How Long?

Wow I really have to disagree with you on that. To me offense is harder or I guess you could say more time consuming. Defense once set is more fine tuning and tagging. Offense you have to try and find weaknesses. I just always thought offense is way more difficult. Defense wins big games but you still have to score 21 to win.

Offense is much harder. I've been doing both in pee wee in one form or another since season 13 and I've spent much more time on offense because there are many more things to do and you need to spend a lot of time gameplanning, especially in the playoffs.

You may be correct for pee wee. Its definitely not the case for the regular leagues...especially as you advance higher and people start breaking tackles left and right and juking and faking and pump faking and catch faking. You really have to put in some time and scout and adjust to eliminate the big plays.

However, this is also true. I was a higher level OC and DC a bunch of times. I found that being an high level OC was much easier and being a high level DC was extremely difficult. I was able to hold my own as an OC, but I never really could be a high level DC. Being an OC is similar throughout all levels of GLB, but being a DC changes so much from level to level, that's why it's very difficult and time consuming to be a DC of a regular team.

Your not designated as the OC. I didn't know you were the OC. I didn't send the PM to random people. Had I known what you did, then maybe you'd have received the PM. Remember, I've only been in PW since season 35. I don't know you.

However, let me make it incredibly clear that I'm not very worried if your upset you wasn't PMed. I'd like to make everyone happy, but I won't lose a half a second worth of sleep if everyone isn't happy.

This is where most of my time is spent. I am the OC and DC of the team I own called Brigade 2.0. We are currently undefeated in National Elite 1 league and have the #2 rated defense and #1 in points allowed and #1 in offense as well. I spend an hour a day just on that team

Made a lot of sense there.

I've only been OCing for a very, very mediocre team in National Minors for a few weeks now, but just from that short time I've learned how good Brigade 2.0 really is as a team. I'm getting better as an OC at that level and the DC is a very good DC who I've worked with in the past, but our builds suck and we couldn't beat our way out of a wet paper bag. Brigade 2.0 is a great team at that level.

I really think no matter how many people you would of put in your post and write up.There would of still been someone feeling left out and done over.I would leave it as is and being a first time post or review on OC/DCs.Maybe if you try it again adjusting it a little more rounded to suit most that felt left out etc.I thought it was a nice write up and review myself but I am no OC/DC expert but did enjoy the read.

edit: I think all teams should list all there people running OC/DC HC etc to help clear things up better for those doing this kind of thing to get more info.
