Your body uses what it needs and excretes the rest. Unless you are mega-deficient, i don't get it. I would think a multivitamin would get you what you needed. Your body doesn't store it. It will not give you more energy (unless again you are really low and this brings you to what the body needs). It will not help you lose weight. Alcohol uses some nutrients that you need to put back in your body. I like plain old Gatorade for the electrolytes.
As for WL. Man it takes way too much time and then there is so much RNG i.e luck involved. Builds are so close now that they matter even less. Also with the arche's and the way GLB has continued to cut back on extra XPs and BTs, things are becoming more and more cookie cutter. I would love to be able to get a player and design his majors and minors by position to specialize in particular player even more. We still get players who have majors/minors we don't want or at least not that much of. Then I would allow even more specialization in the player slots in the oc/dc. There is so much of this is how it's going to be and we are bored of it. I have seen teams whose players are much worse than others beat teams it has no business beating. A lot of it is probably cares. Go and spend a few hours on a gameplan and then get smoked and see how much time you put in it next time. Just not worth the effort.
