I am looking for a team to hopefully finish off my LB's career with. Any level is fine with me as is starting or backing up, however I want to ensure roughly equal snaps as it is no fun to build a dot only to have him getting 15-20 snaps upon finishing off the build.
I am not looking for a team rebuilding or piecing together a torn apart roster, I am looking for a team that will be in the playoffs and has great management.
