I need some help...

I bought the team, gathered some players, gotten a few wins...

...but I hate losing and want to be a top team. I need a GM, OC, and DC. i want someone that has a little experience. I boost my players and am willing to spend some money to get my team to the top. I would like to get this taken care of before the next season starts if possible.

I'm a season one veteran and a damn good DC. I used to boast a top 5 defense per year and I can guarantee if given the correct players we'll be in the top 10 defensively. I am a football junkie and it's my passion. I'd love to DC for your team. If not, I'm just going to purchase my own and OC, DC, and GM it. lol
