Hey,
I'll be looking for an OC for season 35. We are a national pro team and my current OC will be stepping down at the end of the current season. He has been a tremendous asset for us, but this season has worn him down.
We have a great team in place with few dots leaving and only a couple of holes to fill.
This team is the flagship team for my farm system and has two feeder teams. The first feeder team (we started this system back in season 30) will have its first dots hitting the flagship team in a couple of seasons. So, for right now, we are filling the team with out of network dots. However, this is a long term team and we are looking for a long term OC.
We'll have a couple of holes to fill in the offseason, but it won't be a problem at all. We've always filled the roster.
We have a DC in place right now that is wonderful at what he does and he performs well. We need that OC to give him support and create an offense that can score. We need that OC to help put us over the top.
