^That is us. We need a DC that is well versed in low level play (Rookie/preSop) and one that can provide when we get to Pro.
Im looking for someone who is serious for a long term commitment, because I really want to just hand the defense over to you, so you can assign roster slots, you can customize builds with the agents, all of that good stuff.
So all in all:
1. Looking for experienced (EXPERIENCED IN WINNING) DC
2. Looking for well rounded (rook -> pro)
3. Looking for someone with LOTS of time
4. Looking for long term commitment
