Its even harder in GLB since the Bugs Mods have no access to code, requirements, design, expectations, etc. Most of us don't even have access to the test server. All we can do is look at the issue reported and try to make a judgement on whether its a bug or something related to a specific dot or game circumstance. Often we only get 1 replay (like this one). Do I think something's wrong here? No doubt. It just takes time to build the case about whether its a bug.
