Naples played a heck of a game. I actually think their offense may have boosted for the occasion.

Wiesbaden Huskies Nice game. You almost made a comeback late in the game with that INT. Too bad we returned the favor.

I was thinking the same thing Sarg...one minute they don't have a level 18 RB and the next minute, they do

heading into our game, they were 4-5 and probably thinking to themselves "if we boost, we can win say 6 out of our next 7 and maybe make the playoffs"

it was a good game...my RB fumbled it again (shocker) but Gladiators should have won by more

Just to be clear:

Not trying to whine here, there's nothing unfair about timely boosting. It's part of the game.

I will take a close win anyday over a blowout.

Its obviously many of our teams here are very close in skill especially as they start to come together here in the late game. So saying that you almost got beat by a team with a losing record is not a very effective way of demoralize a team. A lot of these teams didnt have any depth at all in the start and just had a rough time off the line. Now that just about everyone has a set roster and a lot are boosting the skill level really starts to get even. A lot of guys don't seem to understand this and think that a record is an accurate representation of a team's skill level in a league where everyone has yet to even complete one season as a team and are still trying to get a feel of what is best for the team.

I have a feeling we will be seeing some upsets in the playoffs from teams who take a losing record for granted.
