Purchased a higher level casual team this season (Baton Rouge Redsticks) with an eye to reset for next season and looking for coaches. I know there are limits on game planning but each will be allow to set what arch type to recruit, recommend builds, set depth chart, game tactics, etc. I am interested in and will handle finance and observe game planning strategy for the purpose of learning. I encourage coaches to use agents, particularly new agents, for scouting and teaching the game.
Boosting and CEQ required.
Would like to have the team forum active with coaches reviewing/commenting on play and progress.
If interested hopefully you will commit a few dots on the opposite side of the ball. I can commit 10-12 dots (2 OL, 1 TE, 1 WR, 1 HB/FB, 2 DL, 1 CB, 1 LB, 1S and a couple of more where needed).
