The Washington Lightning are currently looking for a DC for the upcoming season and others to come. Me and my buddies have all the players on the team and plan on boosting and keeping the team together through the ranks.
I'm currently handling the OC roles and I don't really have the time to handle the defensive AI also. I'm looking for someone to come in and set up their own system, they'll get the "keys to the defense" essentially.
-Run your AI however you choose, as long as it works.
-Control of how the defensive players should build their builds and the kind of players they want if we ever need to recruit.
-No demanding owner, as long as the D is holding up and were winning you won't have to hear anything from me.
-Coach on a quality team with a chance of winning for seasons to come
