OK, so I think I have been doing a pretty decent job as the OC, but am getting increasingly frustrated that my team refuses to kick FG's, and are running plays I do not have in the playcalling AI.
So I am looking for someone that is experienced and GOOD, that would like to take over for a very good group of players.
