I own all the players on the team so there will be no agents whining and crying about touches or stats. basically I want coordinators that can dedicate the time to gameplan for the 16 regular season games. and then the playoffs I will leave it up to the coordinators if they want to do tournies and so on.
the biggest thing I am looking for in a coordinator is someone that has had some success and is willing to work to make the team as successful as possible. I had been trying to run the offense and defense myself and basically real life has killed that for me. if you are brought on as the OC or DC then you have full reigns of your respective side of the ball.
