we have all the tools to make a deep playoff run except a dc, im running the offense but dont have the skill set for DC, we need someone to come in and take over the defense and start shutting down some of these teams. We have the 1st ranked offense but defense is in double digits, 7-3 record, pm with any experience and interest in the job, thx
