I was unsure about being in Oceania at the beginning. But now I don't care where I am because as part od the Newcastle Wallabies, our players all get along really well and I really enjoy our forums etc.. I just think it is funny that people think that the USA League is so much better. They may have some teams that are alot stronger, but I think that most people started to play this game for a good time. And thus far, I do not feel as if I have wasted my money at all by being in Oceana. If someone thinks we are weak in here... let em. I'll take like minded guys looking to have a good time in a competitive envioronment anytime.

G'day mates. This leagues not bad, I'm also in BBB Canadian league, its good too, I couldn't give a rats where the league is based.

I rather like the regional feel of things. I think it gives each league a little flavor. Now if we could just get people to name their teams in an appropriate, region specific format, I'd be quite happy with the current system. If someone wants to play in the USA (or Western Europe, or wherever) league, that's their prerogative. Best of luck to them. I'm glad I got an Oceania team. Where else can teams get away with cheerleaders in thongs throughout the league?

If someone is having trouble recruiting, it is not because of what league they are in and I would not want players that would care about it that much anyway.

I can't say I've had a hard time recruiting. What I was surpised at was 2 responses I got back from offers I sent out claiming how they wanted to play for American owners, people who knew NFL football and how to coach/play the game......kids, heh.

I have to agree with other posters here, I like the idea of world wide leagues.

Does it really matter what the leagues are called? Some may just like being in the USA because it's their home country. It doesn't really matter much to me. If we had an updated list of league strength by level from Bort every week or so, it may disuade some from thinking that the USA leagues are automatically the best.
