Had a bit of a meltdown last season. Totally unexpected and refuse to have it repeated. Either one HC to handle it all, or an OC and a DC. Recruiting help a +. Must scout. Repeat, "Must scout." No "set it and forget it" b.s. over here, or you'll find yourself fired mid-season like last year's OC.
