How can a team have a level 17 player in this league?

They probably boosted 3 lvls as soon as they were signed.

And then leveled up from game and training XP

You can never have too many good builds, then again, if you knew that, you wouldn't have boosted this early.

All joking aside, it'll be a fun season, looking forwards to a possible game with you.
