Yes, because it was actually thrown to where the WR was GOING to be, rather than thrown to where the WR happened to be standing at the time of the throw like the sim has usually done in the past.

And you would prefer... what, the QB to throw it where the WR is at the moment of the throw, so that the WR has to stop on a dime just to make a 4-yard catch?

OP is overstating how good the throw is, but hey, at least the QB is trying to lead the WR. I'll take it.
