current OC too busy with real life to continue and so looking for an experienced OC to come in and take the reins, you'll get a season to get to grips with the roster before the team hits the pros.
Prefer my coaches to set Tactics for the season and update (if needed on key games) feedback and communication is a must. if you don't have time to respond to simple questions about games and tactics then you clearly don't have time to commit to being an OC
