ALGs, or Auto Level Gains, are the bread and butter of this game. If you do not take advantage of them then you will not succeed on any competitive teams. Every time you level up, your skills increase by a percentage. The earlier in your dot's career the more you gain. In your QBs case the biggest ALGs come from agility, throwing and vision....Therefore, you have to work on one skill at a time and bring it at least past 81 to build a good player, placing all of your skill points into that skill. Then you move on, all while utilizing Multi-training among other tools. That is why your level is 48/37....hence the finally my QB is coming together title. He isn't really, he just went up against an easy team. Here is one of my QBs for example. I hope this helps you become a better dot builder and ultimately a better member of the GLB community...

The QB you linked to was my scrambler and my first and free player...I know his build is messed up I guess ill work on agility. My other QB I think is built better. The QB from the replay.

Just keep pushing throwing in this case higher....to about 86, and then go on to vision, to 86, before anything else. It will result in a much better player. I've been there and I know what it feels like. I wish I had more people help me in the first year but you are right on the edge of figuring it out. Also, put all equipment into throwing for a passing QB.
