The Denver Disasters (http://goallineblitz.com/game/team.pl?team_id=2065) are a new project that will be reset in Rookie next season. To get this team running, I seek at minimum a DC and an STC (OC is already filled), with the roles spelled out below:
Defensive Coord-
The defense will get 15 dedicated roster spots, 10 spots that will need to play some special teams as well. This person will have total control of the defense, from recruiting, depth charts, plays... everything. The only stipulation is that they define the roles (and some projected playing time for the dots that the agents are aware of) for each player and stick to it (I believe an agent should know what to expect for the dot for a season.) Midseason cuts/adjustments will not be allowed unless the dot has been inactive for 5 days without notifying the team.
Special Teams Coord-
The special teams will get 5 dedicated roster spots, plus 10 from the offense for returns, and 10 from the defense for kicks/punts. They have control of the depth charts, and will need to communicate the kick distance settings.
Those two are the key spots I feel the need to fill. I'm willing to add people as:
Scouts (offense/defense/general...)
Assistant Coord (only with permission/desire from the OC and DC)
Recruiter (if desired by the DC or OC)
One more important note: I will limit it to three dots per agent on the team, so remember that when deciding if you'd like a role.
