Lion
South Bend (6-0) - Coasting through the season and there's little reason to believe they'll put any further effort into the next few weeks.

Axis (6-0) - Axis has had a tougher schedule than the Immortals but have managed to stay undefeated after an impressive 3 game stretch against Cult, Boston and Hoods.

TAP (6-0) - Squeaked by the Pirates 2 weeks ago and right now they're set to hit 7-0 before a tougher 4 game stretch tests them.

Boston (4-2) - Put an end to a 2 game skid by shredding the Joe's and get a nice little rest week up next.

CWE (5-1) - Stomping teams since their 2 point loss to SHP but the next 4 weeks could start shaping the playoff atmosphere.

RnR (5-1) - Having a solid start to the season with only 1 loss (to my top ranked Lion team). Should coast through the next 2 weeks but the second half of the season will have RnR facing 7 teams that want to contend for a playoff spot.

Spring Hill (3-3) - 2 weeks ago I restrained myself from moving SHP ahead of CWE even though they beat them and had the same record. After the last 2 weeks it's obvious I made the right decision. It's been a season full of close contests for this squad with 2 wins by 5 points or less and 2 losses by 4 points or less.

HOODS (3-3) - At worst this squad should be at .500 at the midpoint of the season. Second half slate includes 4 games they should win easily leaving 4 tough matchups. Might have to have at least 1 cares if they want to make the postseason.

Cult (3-3) - Back to .500 after 1-3 start but can they get over that hump with CWE, TAP, RnR and South Bend up next.

Average Joe's (3-3) - The Joe's have won the games they should have and lost the rest. They showed some toughness against SHP and Cult but fell apart against the Dogs leaving me thinking this will be a bubble team that will either make or miss the playoffs on a tiebreaker game before being unceremoniously dismantled by the Immortals in the first round.

Sahara (2-4) - After being crushed by SBI and Hoods the last 2 weeks things seemed to be headed in the same direction against the Maroons. But after giving up 17 in the 1st Q something finally snapped with the Whales as they went on to throw up 41 unanswered points for their first conference win this season.

Starkville (2-4) - After the last few games it might be time to start going by Stankville. Good news though, the next 2 weeks offer an opportunity to gain some much needed Ws and get back to .500.

Pottsville (0-6) - I thought Pottsville had some hope to move up and contend for the 8 seed after hanging tight with TAP and RnR. But after losing to the previously 1 win Whales I've changed my mind.

Texas (1-5) - Texas has seen better days. Shameless plug: LB Buller has forced 10 fumbles in the last games

SS Lazio (1-5) - Predictions of making the 8th seed this season seem about as likely now as the Immortals only putting up 100 points against Lazio in 2 weeks. Things are only going to get worse when a decent part of this roster hits their decline in 3 days too.

Clay's (0-16) - We shall not speak of thee anymore.

Elephant
Philly (6-0) - Took apart their last 2 opponents but, to be honest, Ele is not looking so tough this season as an overall conference and there aren't too many more games I think Philly needs to worry about. One of those is next week against SoA.

Rwanda (5-1) - After stumbling against Philly, the Knights have bounced back easily and will continue to dominate for another week.

Asmara (4-2) - 2 of their next 3 games should just be stat padding games and the last 4 weeks of the season appear to only hold 1 tough game so right now AFF is in great shape but their is a 3 game stretch of tough games in the second half of the season.

SoA (5-1) - Edged out a 7 point against the Yakmen with under a minute left in regulation. Not sure where to put this squad just yet as a lot of these 5-1/4-2 teams seem pretty evened out. Next 2 weeks should clear up some standings with Philly followed by Asmara.

SCM (4-2) - After being manhandled by LOL, SCM got an easy week to bounce back. Next up is a struggling ICB squad and neither team can really afford a loss right now.

LOL (5-1) - Big win over SCM moves them up a bit but their light schedule so far prevents me from going too far. Face the Knights in 2 weeks and that will be a good test to see where this squad really belongs.

Yaksmen (4-2) - Tough loss to SoA but this squad seems to be like SHP, some close losses and wins. That could prove to be problematic later if they come up short a few more times. 5 of their last 10 opponents will all be vying for a playoff spot.

ICB (3-3) - Two easy wins gets ICB back to .500 but can take advantage of a struggling SCM squad to get over .500. 3 of their next 4 games will be very tough matchups.

KBA's (3-3) - Maybe this squad doesn't deserve to be ranked above Vol Nation but at least I can tell what I'm getting here. They've beaten the teams they should and lost where they should so far. Seem to be a solid middle of the pack team right now.

Vol Nation (2-4) - What an infuriating squad to try and sort out. Big loss to Joe's, solid win over SoA, close loss to Yaksmen, massacred by Philly and Asmara. It's like they've gotten worse the last 2 weeks. Should bounce ack the next 2 weeks though in games they should, and better, win.

OffTopica (1-5) - Should win next week before hitting a rough 5 game stretch but, if memory serves me right, every season is a rough 10-12 game schedule for OTW. I see only 3 more games on the schedule I can honestly favor them in.

AquaBats (1-5) - Big loss to KBA's and next week should be another loss. Should be better next season but right now it's just not good enough.

Cowboys (1-5) - 4 game losing streak shouldn't end next week.

Kenosha (1-5) - Had to move them up once I realized Kilwa is a cpu roster. Everyone currently with a 1-2 win record, please take a moment to thanks Kilwa and Liverpool for saving you from demotion this season (although that may be a curse for some if you can't turn things around for next season...not that there won't be cpu teams in pro again next season so save someone else's hide from demotion...hmmm...something seems wrong with this system...).

Kilwa (1-5)

Liverpool (0-16)
