We are resetting to rookie next season and losing our OC.
We desperately need someone who understands the passing game and the builds necessary for effective passing. We have done very well running the ball no matter who was the coordinator, so I think we know about the builds for that side of it. But passing -- that we have not done so well.
What this means is if you haven't got the time to do the whole thing, but you could help to build the passing packages, select the right routes, and advise on builds, then we'd like to talk to you.
A successful candidate should be able to demonstrate previous success.
If you have time to take over all the duties of the OC then by all means you may have it. We can work around whatever fits into your plans.
