I would hate to think that the NY jets ST staff has something to do with this... but the WR clearly is being held up by something on the right side.

We've seen a few strange issues with trailing blockers who act funny when they don't have a realistic intercept angle to make a block. I don't think I've seen them slow down like that before. Usually, they head off in weird directions. (See the FB on your replay.) I suspect the slow down is a similar issue. I think there's a bug filed, but it's relatively low priority because the play is past the blocker when it happens. There seems to be an issue with the search tool on our bug repository. When I can, I'll see if I can find a similar thread. Mean time, please keep an eye out for additional replays.

I don't understand. I don't see the WR getting stuck or being held up. It looked to me that the FS bumped the WR causing the WR (probably light weight and very weak compared to the FS) to be pushed back.

He's talking about later in the play, when the WR is behind the main pack.

Watch it with Horizontal Field View and you can see it more clearly.
