Teams been around since they started the acclerated player development stuff.
Not in a very competitve league this season, so we'll win just fine. But we need a good coach or coordinator.. someone who knows what their doing.. to put this team in the best position to win next season when we get competitve again.
I'm a good owner, been around for a few years. I know how to put a team together, recruiting is probably my speciality along with building a team. But I need someone to work the tactics and make sure we're playing up to our full potential.

As of right now, I, the owner, am the only one who pulls any weight on the team as far as running the team. I am willing to keep it that way if I don't find what I'm looking for in a staff. Looking for an experienced agent.. not someone who wants to try and run some stuff.. but someone who defiantly knows what their doing.
