We are looking for an OC and DC to help share some duties. I want to get about 4 experienced coordinators, 2 on O and 2 on D. We could split games we would coordinate for so we don't get burnt out. I have 1 OC committed in Gardner and I am DC. You would have all the priveleges associated with OC or the DC title on the games you gameplan for as the same as it would be for games that Gardner or I gameplanned. Having different strategies and tactics would be great. You could also create players for the team as well if you would like. We need those as well. We could all pick and choose which positions we wanted to create. So, we need 1 OC and 1 DC.
