What's matter with his VAs?

reset all equip into speed (from agility). Then put all your VA's into Track star,that will give him a a few more points in speed. With them spread out like that there will never fire/work. Take track star to 15.

Fix those VA's and you'll get offers.

Focus your SP's on catching to the 7 or 8 cap then get his vision up some (maybe the 73 or 77 cap). Catching 1st then vision. Don't put your points anywhere else.

Muti train jmp/stam/con/car forever they're way too low (buy upgrade levels with your BT's to 3 each right away). You may want to mix in some str after a while.

The build isn't lost but you have to get on it.

I cant reset VA's points so I have to stay what I have now. Once I can reset where should I put the points to?

What is 7 or 8 cap? Do you mean 70 or 80 cap? Also what is BT's?

You said focus on catching and vision first? Does that include multi train?
