Is this a known bug? I went to multi train, but the % of my Catching is not calculated correctly. I am not about to train it to find out if I get the correct %. Also if I do train and I get the correct % train it throws off my planning thinking I am getting a certain % to keep me under the cap, when I am actually getting something else.

Catching should be 33%+.

Is this a known bug?

Does a shift-refresh do anything?

Yes. Please do not say one needs to do this every time the switch training styles? I no have time.

Nope.. just showing you that its a client side thing and not a server side. If you had trained you would have gotten the proper percentage.

SO...it works even though it is broken? How about server side refreshes by changing the drop down menu. Why should I have to check and double check my % of trains.

Is this a bug or not? Will something be done?

IIRC, it's a javascript issue. If you go to multi-train and aren't seeing proper values, try swapping one of the 4 (or however many) skills you are training, and then everything should display properly (and of course, don't forget to swap back to the skill you actually want to train). I seem to recall this coming up previously though, and was determined to be a javascript issue not a GLB issue. I mean, you could hard-code all the possible multi-train values so there was no calculation on the page, but then they're going to be downloading what, 14*13*12*11 = 24,024 different possible combinations of multi-train every time someone loads the training page (plus a few thousand more for 3-way). So they stick to doing it by a calculation, and the calculation update is a javascript element that doesn't always update the way one would like to see.

Also keep in mind that the formula used to generate the values on the training page does not appear to be the actual formula used behind the scenes... especially at high levels you'll see values like 7.8% displayed, but the calculation consistently gives you 7%, etc... so even if that javascript issue is ever resolved, you still can't rely THAT precisely on the display (and there's a small random factor as well, as noted on the page), but it's at least within a percentage point or two accuracy most of the time. Not including breakthroughs, of course.

the only time this is ever an issue is when you want to get to a specific figure--good idea to refresh in those situations just to be certain

This is not a bug, simply the way JavaScript works. I guess someone could argue that JavaScript is buggy ... ldo
