Might as well try here since i got no love in suggestions.

I have noticed in a couple games this season that when players seem to run into each other only the defender slows down. The majority of the times i have noticed this is on CB blitzes like the one below but there may be other instances as well.

The CB's pass rush is slowed like he got chip blocked but the HB still runs at full speed on his route.

Working as Intended.

Required mechanism for chip blocks, if the Off Dot slows too much, it causes issues with coverage on the Offensive Dot.
