Our current DC realizes that he is struggling and would love an experienced DC to come in that he can learn off of.

Our team is set up to run a 4-3 defense, has fast LBs, fast DBs and a strong D-line.

sorry, I'm bit confuse... you want someone to teach your DC to... do your D?

I mean... we are supposed to help/teach him and then gtfo or you want someone to take over and maybe help him out a bit?
