I am going to become the OC for another team. Currently I am the OC for NFL CLUB. I need to hire an assistant to do the following:
Assist in recruiting
bring new ideas
assist with offense ai
help with positions in the depth chart.
I need someone who wants to dedicate alot of effort to one team and who wants a chance at coaching. This will be a great way to become a coach somewhere. I have some hookups and if you ever want to move to a higher coaching position i could help.
