We are a top 5 APV team in the APL. We went 5-11 this season after sneaking into the playoffs in season 25 at 9-7.
Like I mentioned our roster is in the top 5 APV in the league and I KNOW we should be doing better than we are. The roster is deep and talented, I'm a dedicated owner (season 1 guy, never been away), and we have great agents that have been with the team since the old AAA leagues.
My DC is moving on to take care of his own team and my current HC can do either offense or defense, so I'm open to a new DC or OC coming aboard and he'll take the other. The only caveat is that you be dedicated and gameplan and adjust the AI if necessary for each game. Additionally I wouldn't mind seeing some pro level hardware as a DC or OC.

BTW I know that we need a true scat FB (& maybe a faster recieving TE) and that is going to be a focus in recruiting this offseason.
