I'm a first time owner of a team and I'm completely lost, the only reason I own the team is because I was convinced that it'd be fun, lol.
You don't need any experience at any of the positions, but that'd be helpful. I figure that if I'm not an experienced owner, then I hold no ground to ask for only experienced GMs.
