Well, I guess the time has come for me to hand over the coaching reigns to somebody else. I've got no time anymore to gameplan for each and every game, and I can't go as in-depth as I want to seeing as I only have about 30 minutes to gameplan for each game, sometimes less.
All I ask of you is that you are dedicated to the team and will gameplan for at the very least every winnable game. Blowout games against sucky teams and those games against incredibly tough opponents don't need to be gameplanned for.
I want somebody that can run a relatively rush-heavy offense and/or an aggressive 3-4 defense that actually blitzes, with man-coverage on the outsides.
I don't want a coach that's going to gameplan for the first couple of games, then drop off the map or pretend they're doing something while they really aren't. I like to be in the loop about the gameplan, so it is very preferable to have somebody that will drop me a PM about each gameplan and discuss things with me.
