We at KBA are always looking for ways to improve our Network. One way is to bring on good, dedicated coaches. So, if you are looking for OC or DC opportunities, KBA is the place to be.
We are looking for experienced (Casual and Non-Casual) OC's and DC's to join us. We are also looking for those that want to learn. We will teach you. We have very experienced OC's and DC's willing to teach you.
Here is what we expect from our coaches:
1. Help recruit players for your system
2. Post pre-season Base Tactics
3. Scout opposing teams and post Tactic adjustments as needed
4. Participate in Team Forums
5. Help Agents with Player Builds
What we offer:
1. Full control over your respective responsibility
2. When you ask for, guidance from our very experienced owners/coaches
3. Opportunities to move up to higher level teams
