The Tyrrhenian Sea Wasps Org http://goallineblitz.com/game/team.pl?team_id=4132 are looking for a dedicated recruiter.....
We are the flagship team of a 7 team org, so most of our needs come from within - but every season we have holes to fill from players leaving & retiring where we don't have the proper replacements from within the network. We also know that in order to get back to the WL, we need to look outside our network to find superior dots and/or agents to help us win.
We've been to the WL twice & playoffs damn near every year so it's a good org to be a part of.
Here's what we need from a recruiter / manager:
#1 - keep in touch with the OC / DC / and owner (madmal) to keep an advance look into what we will need for the upcoming season.
#2 - keep an eye on the rosters of our 7 teams, looking for studs that can move up, or players that look like they need replacing, or builds heading in the wrong direction
#3 - Once day 20 hits and they open the "Players Looking for Teams" forum, be active on there - looking for dots that can help us and projecting a positive image for the Org.
