We are coming off of a playoff run and a overall record of 15-3. We have a much better defense this year in personnel than we did last year so a good defense should come easy. We just need a committed guy who will scout and adjust accordingly for games especially important ones. Including tactics for each position. Send me a pm with your resume. I wanted to add that this is a tough conference. Out of the 32 teams in Comp #3 only 2 didn't see the playoffs last season.
