First of all, if you aren't going to scout and gameplan for the important games, don't respond. Second, if you aren't going to adjust the depth chart to match the inputs in your AI, don't respond. Third, if you aren't going to at least match the play types to the dots we have in an intelligent manner, don't respond.
I am a DC at heart. It's what I do and like to do. I ran the D and ST's on the team but our OC left, and I was unable to find a competent OC, so I took over the OAI. It was my first season trying to OC, and we were in the elites, probably a bad combo. However, I did all of the things I want our OC to do, and I believe it is something an OC must do. I did this while also running the D and ST's on this team and on another squad, which is more than I wanted to handle for this past season. Which is why we are looking for an OC.
Any holes that pop up in the roster will be filled in the off-season by recruiting. And I am willing to work with you and get the kind of players you would like to see on the team. We also have one open roster spot currently so if there is something you'd like to add I would be all for finding a dot that fits what you want.
Ultimately I want to work with a competent OC, as I consider myself to be a competent DC, and a combo like that could win the playoffs in the elite leagues, which is ultimately my goal.
