I'll be going into basic training for the Army on Oct. 18, and I'll need someone to basically run the team while I'm in there, since I won't really have access to the internet during that time. I really don't want to let the team just waste away. I'll be away for close to 2 seasons, so that's really the term I'd be looking for someone to take control.
I'm really looking for a HC and OC. HC would mainly be in control of just about everything (finances, stadium, recruiting, roster, contracts), with the OC focusing on offensive tactics, some recruiting, and helping out the HC. We already have a great DC in place so that wouldn't really be necessary. We also have someone who should help a bit with recruiting. Depending on the number of people interested, I could split the responsibilities up further (or less, if someone is really dedicated).
I'll ease you in to the role up until my ship date, and share with you stuff like offensive tactics, goals for the team, and all the little stuff that goes into running a team. GM experience isn't required, but it's definitely a plus. This would be a great opportunity to get your feet wet with some GM experience, or continue to build success on a great team.
