It's approaching the time where I need to xfer ownership of TIA to naimoli and I am not 100% sure how to do that.

Just pm support with the team link, new owners home page link and your intensions. Also have the new owner also pm support. I just switched PWU to a new owner in 2 days

The person who I wanted to give TIA to went MIA, so just going to let the team go CPU on day 40, which should cause it's demotion.

He was offline for about 2 weeks at the end of the season and first playoff game. It doesn't look like he ever applied several levels of SP's to his players either, which comprise about half of TIA, and he has not replied to my PM on the subject. He once told me he can't afford an entire boosted team on his own, so if he was interested, he would have been recruiting heavily before this time.
I hope nothing is wrong in his RL, he is a good guy and was looking forward to the return of the GLB Headhunters to Gold, but doesn't look like it will happen...

I was looking forward to the Headhunters being back too.. so I can beat them again! Dony started the smack talkin' in season 11 - and the Crabs finished it
