Open to anyone, the more experienced and intelligent the better. Training is most likely not available so no absolute noobs unless you're willing to completely teach yourself from scratch. That would be alright as long as you show decent improvement over the season.
My teams are for winning so it'll be season by season, if you're obviously not doing anything with gameplanning then you'll be gone, show decent effort and constant improvement and i will have your babies.
