I have been in this game since season 6 and I know how to build killer dots. I have just built an elusive HB and a blocking FB for him so they are a packaged deal. I will boost both of them at the end of this season and then both of them by the beginning of season 24. By game 1 of season 24 I will assign their 45 unused skill points and they will both be level 7 at that time as well. Right now both of them already have their CEQ.
